Two bedroom top floor penthouse apartment with spectacular sea views. Our “Bougainvillea” apartment is located in the heart of the Luz - a short walk to the beach, and a stones throw from SAL Spa.
This light and sunny south facing top floor apartment has three Juliet balconies all with a view to the sea and the black rock. The space is comprised of: a very large master bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe and private balcony; a second bedroom with sea views; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; open plan living area with two balconies; bathroom with walk in shower; and laundry facilities.
The second bedroom can be set up as a twin configuration or as a king size bed. We can provide high chairs and travel cots for babies and toddlers.
The apartment is very conveniently located in the centre of the village: 4 minutes’ walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes’ walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets. This apartment is next door to our “Mandarina” penthouse.
Please note this apartment has no outside dining area, but does boast (along with our “Mandarina” apartment) some of the best views in the village.

from €500 per week - or €75 per night (minimum 5 nights)
Shoulder season: April, May, October
from €700 per week - or €100 per night (minimum 4 nights)
High Season: June, September
from €850 per week or €125 per night (minimum 4 nights)
Super High Season: July, August
from €1000 per week or €150 per night (minimum 4 nights)
Above prices based on 2 guests, 3rd and 4th guests are charged additional €6 per night per person. No charge for babies and toddlers (if using a cot).
For low season, discounts can be negotiated for longer stays.

Our very own spa facilities are located within the condominium, a few seconds’ walk from the apartment.
