Casa Abacate is a short 2 minute walk to the beach of Praia da Luz. This recently renovated townhouse is equipped with WIFI, AC (in the master bedroom), a log fireplace, smart TV, private parking, BBQ and private garden with its very own avocado tree. The house is traditional Algarvian, yet fully modernised inside.
Within the quiet village of Luz there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all within 5 minutes' walk. Sal Spa is 5 minutes’ walk away.
On the first floor the house has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas with BBQ. The open plan living room looks south out over the cliffs and there is even a small sea view between the trees.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with walk in showers. There is also a small conservatory outside of the master bedroom which serves as a utility room for drying laundry and storing beach kit.
Outside there is a private garden equipped with a small lounge suite, large sun umbrella and large avocado tree - perfect for your afternoon drink after the beach, or even to sunbathe at home. The garden is irrigated automatically.

from €700 per week - or €100 per night (minimum 4 nights)

from €850 per week or €125 per night (minimum 4 nights)
Super High Season: July, August
from €1000 per week or €150 per night (minimum 4 nights)
Above prices based on 2 guests, 3rd and 4th guests are charged additional €6 per night per person. No charge for babies and toddlers (if using a cot).
For low season, discounts can be negotiated for longer stays.
