FAQs + House Rules

Checking in and out.

Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. All of our rental properties are equipped with a self-check in option for added flexibility. Check in instructions are sent to you electronically before arrival, if you won’t have a data connection whilst travelling, be sure to save or print the instructions.

When possible, we are grateful if you let us know by Whatsapp when your planned check in and out times are in advance.

(In Casa Abacate: Check out is before 10:30am and check in is after 3:30pm)

Internet connection.

All of our rental properties are equipped with unlimited high speed internet.

COVID-19.

We take pride in our cleanliness. We clean and sanitise the property thoroughly between each guests. All linen and towels are professionally laundered at a high temperature.

Bedding and towels.

Please let us know ahead of arrival how you would like the second bedroom configured, i.e. as a twin or king size. Please note we only provide enough linen and towels for the number of guests on the reservation. Additional guests are charged a small nightly fee.

We provide good quality white cotton linen and towels. Please do not use any tanning / bronzing products as these ruin the linen.

On longer stays linen and towel changes can be arranged.

We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. Replacements or extra towels are charged a small fee.

We provide one beach towel per guest during the summer season.

Small children and babies.

All our properties are suitable for families with young children and babies. We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request at no extra charge. Although our balconies are baby proof, it is the parents’ responsibility to check this on arrival and ensure babies and children are supervised at all times whilst on or near balconies and windows.

On departure day.

Please remove all rubbish and recycling before you check out. Please do not leave behind any food in the fridge or cupboards. Kindly leave the apartment is a tidy and respectable condition. Please leave the key in the key safe outside.

House rules.

No smoking inside, no pets, no parties or events.

No additional guests not on the reservation without prior consent.

Please respect our neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum during unsocial hours.

If something isn’t quite right with your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be put right straight away. Please don’t leave it until the end of your holiday.
